A 10-week fitness and wellness journey designed to help you set a goal, stay committed, and crush it. Whether you're training for your first 5K, looking to build strength, or simply want to feel better in your body and mind, this program gives you the structure, support, and motivation you need to succeed—right on campus.

 

How it works:

Week 1 – Orientation & Goal-Setting: Meet your personal trainer and fellow students. Define your goal, take baseline measurements, and kick off your journey.

Weeks 2–10 – Weekly Flow

  • 1x Weekly Group Workout: Rotating focus: strength, cardio, flexibility, and more—all outdoors and on campus.

  • Personalized Weekly Tips: Get short, goal-specific advice straight to your inbox or app—from nutrition and hydration to recovery and mindset.

  • Progress Check-ins: Brief moments during class to reflect, share wins, and keep each other accountable.

Pricing:

  • For the 10-session program, the individual fee is ₪400

  • The program is Exclusive for HUJI Students

  • The university covers 25% of your program fee. Make sure to register using your Student ID number.
